Tara rated it liked it Sep 12, I have read two other biographies of Levi; neither of them match McIntosh in terms of content or clarity. Esoteric orders flourish when the old orders are shown to be crumbling, occilt established power shows its weakness, and the people glimpse something more between the cracks in the walls.
